Swapkidsclothes.com.au is a first of a kind service which allows members to send us their unwanted kids clothes in exchange for SwapPoints™.  SwapPoints™ can then be used to select clothes as and when you need them from thousands of available Preloved items and our growing catalogue of As New with Tags items all of which are clothing condition assured.  It's the most affordable and easy way to dress your kids without compromising style and quality.

How does swapkidsclothes.com.au work?

By becoming a member of the swapkidsclothes.com.au community, we take your unwanted clothes off your hands, making them available to other mums in the community and we give you valuable Preloved or As New With Tags SwapPoints™ in return.

You can then use your SwapPoints™ on the thousands of Preloved items in stock, ordered using the Preloved Quick Order Form or on the growing number of ANWT  items made available through the online catalogue, as and when you need them.  Your SwapPoints™ don’t expire as long as your membership remains current!

Step by Step Guide – 4 Steps, it’s really that easy!

Step 1 – Join the community

Join our community by simply registering as a member and paying an annual membership fee at an extended special price of only $49.95.  Member have unlimited access to all our services.

Step 2 – Send in your unwanted kids clothes

Send all your unwanted Preloved or ANWT kids clothes to our secure locked bag address: Locked Bag 4500, Manly 4179 QLD.

We pride ourselves on only accepting clothes in excellent condition to then pass on to other mums in the community. Click here to read our clothing condition assurance policy.

Step 3 – Receive your SwapPoints™

Once your items are received and processed, your personal member account with be credited with SwapPoints™ to the value of the items sent. 

As soon as the SwapPoints™ are credited to your member account, an e-mail alert will be sent to you confirming that you are ready to get swapping!

Each item you send in will either attract Preloved or ANWT SwapPoints^tm.  Each item has a value allocated to it based a sliding scale, linked to differences in their size and item type i.e. jeans attract more points than a short sleeve tee.

Step 4 – Shop

Using Your Preloved SwapPoints™

You can use your Preloved SwapPoints™ on thousands of kids clothes made ordered through our Preloved Quick Order Form, designed to give you a very fast and simple way to get your kids into the next season or size, without compromising on quality or style!

We would love to be able to photograph each individual item but there are simply too many!!  Members can be confident that the clothes they receive will be in fantastic condition as every single preloved item in stock has met our stringent clothing condition assurance policy.  We guarantee it!

Using your ANWT SwapPoints™

Browse and select individual items like you would with any other online catalogue.

When You've Finished Shopping

Check out like you would with any other secure online store.  Your order will be dispatched within 1 week. 

On all outbound orders a small handling fee of $8.00 and postage will be charged.
