Our Preloved Service is even better than receiving a 'lucky dip' bag of kids clothes from a friend as you can tell us exactly what you need in what size, what you like and don't like, with the added benefit that we guarantee every item you receive will be in fantastic condition!
Members can use their valuable preloved SwapPoints™ on thousands of kids clothes in stock through our Preloved Quick Order Form, designed to give members a very fast and simple way to get their kids into ‘new’ preloved clothes.
Our aim is to make our members wish list of needed clothes a
reality.
Please know that we would love to be able to photograph each individual item but there are simply too many, with over 2000 items in stock already!! Members can be 100% confident that the clothes they receive will be in fantastic condition as EVERY single preloved item in stock has met our stringent clothing condition assurance policy.
We refresh the rolling sample stock images regularly to give you an accurate indication of the quality and condition of the clothing available via the Preloved service.
Once you have completed your order, your new clothes will arrive on your doorstep or be available to pick up from your local post office within a week. It’s really that simple, with no hidden costs.
